I founded The Wedding Favor to solve a problem. I’m 30 and happily engaged but found myself asking, "Why am I planning a wedding I can’t afford?”
Planning a wedding should be a fun experience, not a stressful one.
The reality sank in that every hors d'oeuvre, every drink, every song the DJ played was beyond the means of our checkbook. We realized that after seven years together, we had long ago bought anything we might put on a gift registry. What we needed to register for was a florist, a venue, a photographer, a DJ, a caterer…
